Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you request the briefing we receive your name, email address, your reason for wanting to know more and how you could contribute. We use these only to give you access to the briefing, to reply to you, and to follow up about taking part in the Institute. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes it for us

Your request is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. If you press play on the video, it loads from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode), which then applies Google's privacy policy. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
